It is essential that you assign to the project a motivated employee, which may be for example a Subject Matter Expert or a Business analyst, and who has the skills to be a “business process innovator”. He or she will act as the “product owner”, the product being the App to be built. The involvement of the product owner is a proven success factor of the Agile methodology and will allow your organization to be autonomous in the future.
